Lumen & Loam
A storefront for an independent maker of lighting, ceramics and textiles — where browsing feels like a well-lit shop and buying takes as few steps as possible.
An original studio project — designed and built by Devroniq Studio to show what we can make. Not client work.

The problem
Small brands lose sales in the gap between “that’s beautiful” and “paid”.
Product pages that hide the options, bags that empty when you come back, and checkouts that ask for everything at once all cost orders — especially on phones. Lumen & Loam is a complete shopping flow built to close those gaps.
What it does
- A home page that sells the moodA hero product, a new-season rail, shopping by category and the makers’ story.
- Shop with real filtersCategory, price and tone filters with live counts, sorting, search, removable filter chips and a helpful empty state.
- Product pagesImage gallery, finishes that change the photo, stock-aware quantity, details, care and shipping, and related pieces.
- A bag that remembersKept after reload, with free-shipping progress, quantity controls and a demonstration promo code.
- Mobile shoppingA collapsible menu and search, a filter panel, and a sticky “view bag” bar.
- Demonstration checkoutShipping, delivery and review with validation — and no payment details requested at any point.
Design decisions
A tall, condensed Archivo gives the brand a confident voice against warm oat, clay and olive; product names and prices stay in a quiet sans so the photography leads. Cards show a second finish on hover, so the range is visible without clicking.
In a production store the final step would hand over to a secure payment provider. This demonstration stops before any payment details are asked for, and says so.
