Every project is designed and built by the same team, with one fixed price agreed before work begins.

Questions we’re often asked.

Do you work on landmarked houses?

Yes. Much of our work is in historic districts; we prepare the drawings and submissions and attend the hearings with you.

Can we live in the house during the work?

For smaller projects, often yes — we phase the work room by room. For whole-house renovations we usually recommend moving out for the main structural stage.

How is the price set?

After the survey and design stage we give a single itemised fixed price for the build. Changes you ask for later are priced before they’re made.

What happens after completion?

We return after twelve months to adjust doors, joinery and finishes as the house settles through its first year of seasons.
